Weird story out of Finland. Some North Koreans wouldn't show their train tickets and then proceed to assault Finnish customs agent. Then they claim diplomatic immunity without valid diplomat ID. North Korea files official complain saying the diplomats were assaulted, tear gassed, and bitten by dogs, then leave Finland on a cruise ship to Sweden.
